In Norway, Trolls are real. They can even assume human form, hiding amongst us. Though it is thought they stay far away from civilization, preferring areas inaccessible to humans such as the wilderness or rocky regions. But I think that’s a lie. I think they actually have found a love for the internet, first hiding in the chat rooms and comment sections to now walking blatantly into the halls of power. It reminds me of the South Park episode called Skank Hunt where they believe Cartman to be the internet troll and it turns out to actually be Kyle’s dad. The Norwegian Trolls represent the forces of Nature, which maybe isn’t too far off from the trolls we are currently dealing with right now on every social media platform as well as media platform. Even “influencers” are becoming more troll-like, desperately vying for attention at all costs.
